Just idly sweeping the streets early in the morning, picking up fallen leaves, brushing up cigarette butts and stripping the facades off unslighty commercial office buildings.
I have no idea what it is - the site is entirely in Japanese and I found it at Bezembinder, which is all in German…

The countrycode of the bezembindersite is .nl so that would make it in Dutch language. The good thing is, is can read Dutch. The bad thing is, I don’t see any text for me to translate…

It’s a site related to Komatsuzaki Shigeru’s museum in Matsudo city, Chiba prefecture. Apparently he did the art for the Thunderbirds series.
